Our ability to light a fire is the one skill which epitomises our ability to survive. This three day course is designed to provide you with a good foundational competence and understanding in the bow drill and the hand drill methods of friction firelighting, and is suitable for the beginner as well as those with some experience.
You will learn about efficient techniques; create your own kits; overcome the various difficulties which often occur; and try various combinations of materials.
