An introduction to bushcraft survival skills and techniques

This course will leave its participants with a foundational understanding in many core bushcraft survival skills.
It serves as a stand-alone introductory bushcraft course, but participants may choose to use it as a springboard to gain a more in depth knowledge of bushcraft and wilderness survival.

Thank you for a fantastic weekend and one I'll not forget for a long time to come.
The format of the weekend was excellent, spot on, without undue haste, but without being overly relaxed. This was more than complimented by the friendliness and knowledge of both you and Ian. It also lessened the anxiety having a friendly group of people willing to learn.

The Introductory Bushcraft course is part of the larger Woodland Survival Skills (Bushcraft) course. Having learnt some core bushcraft skills, you may wish to progress to Woodland Survival Skills (Bushcraft), Parts 2 and 3 and gain a nationally recognised certification.

Accreditation
Accreditation is through the Open College Network East Midlands Region. OCNEMR Level 2 is of the same educational level as GCSEs.
If you wish to gain the Open College Network accreditation you must register through Woodland Survival Crafts in advance of the course.
