Bushcraft Knife
The ideal bushcraft knife developed exclusively for Woodland Survival Crafts.
The thickness of the blade has been optimised at 1/8” that is fine enough to allow carving and whittling, but heavy enough to enable battoning of wood up to 3” in diameter.
The cutting edge comes right up to the handle delivering enhanced control and power.
The pronounced ‘belly’ profile facilitates carving which it does beautifully.
The knife is also suitable for game preparation. Skinning is made easy as the knife becomes an integral part of the user’s hand.

Bow Drill Group Set
Everything is larger or longer with the group set. The bearing block is far longer to allow two independent people to hold it. The drill is longer to allow you to see what you are doing easier. The bow is longer to allow more space between each person. A larger baseboard also comes with this set.

Flint and Steel Striker Set
This excellent steel striker has been made by Andrew Kirkham from Rotherham. I have seen many OK steels before but when I met Andrew at the Bushcraft Show in 2011 his design impressed me for two reasons.
Firstly it creates a good quality set of sparks and secondly the striking edge is far enough away from the fingers to reduce the chance of nicking your skin on the flint. The set comes with a sharp piece of Flint and some good char cloth.

Hand-crafted Wooden Whistles
These delightful hand-made whistles make an ideal present for anybody of almost any age. The standard whistle is both pleasing to the eye and surprisingly loud. With the option of having them personalised this is a great gift or Christmas stocking filler. The larger owl whistle is a real ‘hoot’ and with practice can often cause a real owl to respond, so beware!
Personalisation costs an additional £1.50. Note - we can usually manage up to 11 letters for names.

These very effective and robust tools are hugely popular with outdoor enthusiasts. With just a firm strike these tools can light a wide range of tinder, e.g. cotton wool, dry grass, gas, firelighting blocks, fluffy seed heads, birch bark, resinous wood.
