Combining a great canoe experience with very real bushcraft skills
8 - 13th May 2023
Join us for what promises to be an inspirational adventure out in the Ardnamurchan region on the West Coast of Scotland.
The trip combines the joy of being able to paddle around the quite stunning scenery as well as put into practice a selection of Wilderness/Bushcraft skills.
During the trip you will get expert tuition in paddling from our Level 3 coach Dan Crawford supported by Level 2 coach Pete Morton. We will be journeying on both tidal and inland lochs during the week with overnight camps for most of the week.
On top of this you will learn a selection of specific Bushcraft skills, focusing significantly on the real application of Bushcraft in wild places, such as reading the landscape in order to confidently establish a fire with minimum effort/impact, find resources and food amongst many others.
The course is suitable for anyone who has a general level of fitness and is keen to have an adventure. Having previous experience has the added benefit of allowing you to take onboard more skills/understanding.
Cost - £735 per person
